Make an Offer
If you have found the property you would like to live in, it is advisable to make an offer as soon as you have made your decision, as the property will be continue to be marketed and shown to all prospective tenants that register with us.
Upon receiving your offer in writing we will approach the landlord on your behalf. Once offer is agreed we will take a £500 holding deposit and suspend all marketing on the property until satisfactory references have been obtained using the information you have provided. The holding deposit is fully refundable unless the applicant withdraws. Tenancy agreements will then be signed by the tenant(s) and landlord(s) and monies transferred and standing orders set up so the transaction can be completed.
Once the offer has been agreed we will require the following references and paperwork for each tenant named on the tenancy agreement as soon as possible:
- A reference confirming the employment
- A reference from a previous landlord
- Three months of current bank statements
- Photo identification in the form of a passport or a drivers licence
