No application will be considered until each person signing the agreement has provided the following reference information:

• Three months of recent bank statements for his / her current bank account
• Name and contact details of current employer
• Name and contact details of previous landlord
• Photo identification in the form of a drivers licence or passport
  
  

If references cannot be obtained, it will be neccessary for a UK resident to guarantee the rent, from whom three months of recent bank statements and an employer ereference shall be required. We reserve the right to reapply for references at any stage during the tenancy. During the tenancy, each tenant will inform Madison UK Ltd of any changes to your current bank account details, employer or employment status. Any administration charges in relation to obtaining subsequent references will be paid for by the tenants.
